Checks must be made out to the "Federal Reserve Bank" or "Board of Governors", only U.S. dollars accepted (this must be their secret "sterilization" method I'm always hearing about). Payment cannot be made in slips of paper with "LEGAL TENDER" written in Sharpie across the front unlike the Fed's payments to our government.
