Belarus is So Industrious, Their Cats Beg for Money

WTF, did you expect me to pass this up?

One day, an unusual beggar was spotted on the street of Belarus——a small black cat. This cat sat there silently with a note that reads “need money for meat and fish, bless you”. He doesn’t leave his place and protects the money just with his sight. His owner was found nearby. It was an old lady. She told the story that she had rescued the cat from the slaughters, but at that time she had already owned some pets and couldn’t feed them all, so she decided to let the pets earn the money for themselves. It seems a begging cat can earn more money the a begging man.

I tried to tell my fish he needed to get a damn job and hold his own weight (even though I'd had the same jar of betta food for the three years I'd had him) but he died instead.

Go Belarus.

Disclaimer: No sources were verified for this story and it is purely WTF speculation of the Internet variety. Hopefully snopes hasn't already debunked the charming tale of the money begging cat.

Some say he’s half man half fish, others say he’s more of a seventy/thirty split. Either way he’s a fishy bastard.
