Porn is Better than Dennis Kneale Any Day

So says CNBC, at least, and we tend to agree.

Due to the incredible success of CNBC's original documentaries like "House of Cards," "Marijuana Inc: Inside America's Pot Industry" and "Scam of the Century: Bernie Madoff & the $50 Billion Heist," CNBC is committing additional resources and programming to its long form unit. Upcoming CNBC original documentaries include: "The New Age of Walmart" on September 23rd; "Coca-Cola: The Real Story Behind The Real Thing" on November 11th; and "Inside the Mind of Google" on December 3rd.

I just discovered recently that I had CNBC. I've been watching those investigative specials and I've found them to be pretty interesting.

They seem to be well-researched and I feel that the reporting is solid. There's always more that can be said. Give them credit for digging.

Alain,

totally agree. I was actually skeptical of these CNBC docs when they first started appearing (go figure) simply because I was used to "quality" CNBC programming like the Cramer and Kneale Jackass Funtime Hour.

I have only caught bits of pieces of a few of them - did you see the Madoff one? Or the housing bubble show? - but they did great.

AND this a huge win for the bloggers. Maybe Kneale will have to suck it up and beg to join us now that he's been punted.

Prick.
