Who Does That To Their Mom?!

Wait, let me get this straight... you forced your mother into debt slavery so you could get a degree you can't actually use and somehow that's Wall Street's fault? What a selfish prick you are! Who does that to their mother?!

You know what you should do? Get a degree in financial management and become a banker. That'll show those selfish pricks on Wall Street. Or get one in economics from one of 'dem East Coast skools that teaches you the ways of Bernanke, then sneak your ass in that motherfucker's house on 20th and Constitution and take that economic terrorist down. That'll show 'em.

Note: not every of the "99 Percent" are selfish assholes like this guy who made his mom buy him a degree he can't actually use to pay her back, much less his own bills. Please don't get any ideas about the movement as a whole. Please.

There are some parents who insist upon doing this for their grown children as they are absolutely convinced that without a degree of some kind, their child (even when grown, they still view them as "their child" which in fact they are) will not be able to compete with the others. From a parental standpoint, grown children are extremely hard to deal with and at the same time are still hard to let go of. It hurts. I know some (maybe many) of these kids are just some spoiled assholes/princesses/princes who need to grow up but there are some people who are genuinely trying their hardest out of love/concern for their blood and unfortunately, they are being unfairly deceived/used. For those people, I feel badly. For the people who unfairly use them to their own advantage, I pray they see their comeuppance in this world. But rest assured that if they don't see it in this life, they can deal with it in the next. St. Michael likes his job.

It is the educational system's fault....they fail to teach basic financial to their students, therefore students leave school knowing nothing but how to use their credit cards.

In its declaration, the three-week-old protest group comes out four-square against foreclosures, executive bonuses, workplace discrimination, politicians beholden to lobbyists, monopoly agriculture, and the sale of personal privacy data. It decries everything from colonialism to "faulty bookkeeping."

ooooohhhhkaaaaaayy... 1953 - Brando - The Wild One (yeah, I know you hate movie references but bear with me) Mildred: Hey Johnny, what are you rebelling against? Johnny: Whadda you got?

That's actually a very smart way to fund college.

You can't go bankrupt on student loans; the debt will haunt you forever. But if your mom puts the college on her credit card, she can just go bankrupt at the end and then you're set.

Right, WCV, but it's stupid if they do it for a degree they can't actually use. At least rip mom's credit off for something functional!
